Hi sweetlady I am not from the USA but I am sure somebody will answer you shortly if this coulpe love each other they need to be together as you say they are eldelry and we never know what is round the corner but saying that we are all living a lot longer now you did mention that thier familys are in different states shorely this does not matter if they are in good health so thier familys will have to travel this is not a big deal good luck
