          Some people have more mucus than others in thier stool. I dont think it is directly conected to hemeriods unless it is puss from an infection. Your intestines produce mucus in a heathly digestive tract. If you have an inflamtory condition such as inflammatory bowl, chrones or irritable bowel you will produce more mucus.
