What would you like to ask?My tennent has not paid the rent for nearly three months and she does not respond to my phone . what shall i do/ can i let the property to some one else/
tennency stated on the 1st of february 2011. she was on benwefit. the housing benefit came to me direct. on the a7th the benefit was stopped. and i have not seen her since than. she does not go to the house. and she does not pick up the phone. . I have contacted the housing benefit department.. they said she is not on benefit. so the couldnt help me. I am stuck the rent has not come in.Can i let the property to some one else. although her belongings is still there?
