      Usually air conditioner filters are meant to be cleaned periodically by means of a vacuum cleaner to remove just the dust or even by soaking them in your sink with some dish detergent and setting them somewhere to dry off.

        I checked the Westinghouse website and it suggests that you contact your local Westinghouse dealer for replacement parts.
