    how do i put on wight

    im 40 years old and only am 10 st am a chef in a kitchen were very little time to eat and have not the money for the best food but hate looking the way i do

    Bread  Pasta  Cakes  Milkshakes   Ice cream  Fried foods   Butter   Potatoes   Chips   Lollies   Chocolates    Soft drinks    Mcdonalds   KFC    Pizza.


    Any food eaten in moderation will not put on weight,to gain weight you have to exceed your daily calorie intake.The foods listed above are of high calorie content,if eaten in large quantities over a period of time you will definately gain weight.
