    can I find a brand new philips jogproof portable cd player?

    The cd players are old but I want one that is still brand new

      That CD player is an old model and you won't find it available in shops. But there are other CD players from Philips, newer models, which are better than the model you have now. I suggest you go to an electronics store near you and browse their stock.
