      If it was a closed adoption you will not find them.. If it was court placement you have a hard time but you may have luck at the court house. You will need an atterny. In most cases of adoption children are more likely to find the birth parent.

            Karen Can you be more clear as to what you want. Are you wanting to adopt a child or are you wishing to find out who your parents were because you were adopted?

              Google "adoption" and "whatever state or province, country, you live in". Follow the rabbit trail that way. Call those sources you think look promising. Keep digging until you find the one source you feel you can rely upon.
