    3. I am trying to fix my windows vista. I am trying to use the CD-Roms provided to me when i purched the computer to help. Right now I am trying to the Dell Diagnostics. Do I take out the CD before restarting the computher. And, what if I am not prompted to press the F2 key?

      It doesn't matter if the CD is in the drive or not when you restart the computer.


      The F2 key is for renaming icons, why would you be prompted to use it?
