      The registered owner is more than likely LIABLE.

        Yes it will involve your dad,has he added another driver on his insurance ? if so your dad will be covered,and penalties will apply to the other driver.

          all depends on the situation. the wreck will go on the drivers record. but mess with your dads insurance cause its his car.
