I don't know of any recent changes in the law but I just heard on the radio yesterday that two young kids were screwing around and sat naked on another kids face as a prank. They must have been arrested and the ensuing results required them to be registered as SEX OFFENDERS.
Megan's Law has good intentions but some people on the sex offender list DO NOT belong on it for various reason.........INCLUDING SITTING BUCK NAKED ON A GUYS FACE WITH ANOTHER DUDE AS A PRANK. My opinion.
