    Had a dream about someone very close to me but have not seen them in 5 weeks, my dream was they took me by the hand and walked me into a room with roses and candles and stated did I do good...Subconscious????? Trying to step away....

          Lucid dreaming  http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Lucid_Dreaming    In lucid dreaming you know you are in a dream and are very aware of the fact, Mine are in full color and fully involving like a 14 hour day or longer and awakening refreshed and rested for a new day where the events are not a dream.
