Go to the website and click on "Register" for the first time you enter only. Make up an ID name and then make up a password. Sometimes it's easier to write these down and put them in a place you can find them later. In some cases, you may be able to ask the computer to "remember me" and it will automatically fill in the ID name for you but you will need to fill in the password each time.
