Before Medicaid accepts a person they require a 2 or 3 year financial statement.
Sounds like the older person would be best spending the money for her/his care and then qualifying for Meidcade when the money is gone. Is's it wonderful that the older person has the funds to take care of her/himself instead of relying on tax payers to foot the bill.
Why would the people receiving the money want to scam the government?
