    If you just want to shed a few pounds and your health is fine,no food is off limits,just don't exceed your calorie limit for the day.Don't deprive your self of the foods you enjoy,just keep them limited.

    Depends on what kind of diet you are on. There are many different types of diets. Personally, I like the "See Food Diet" - you see the food and you eat it.
