I don't think it's fair to post a question, and not get an answer.

After downloading iTunes, it's installed. Go to your programs and find it if it didn't give you a shortcut on your opening screen. (The screen with all your icons). You can find it easily by typing iTunes in your computer's search found under your start button (lower left corner of your screen). Once you find it in your programs, double click on it or right click on it and select "open". If you cannot find it in your programs, then it did not install correctly.
