Be helpful to know where you are at least which state. Rules are all different. Time is always a issue . Things must be done properly and on time.Pictures regarding your grivence are very important.If you do what is called a substanial breech you get three days to get out and mostly there is no healing that breech. I have done this landlord tennant dance a few times so any advice given is from my experience and my state .Really want to know how it works go sit in landlords court and watch the process in action,there are several judges hearing these cases so if you end up in front of a judge you dont like there is the recusal process.
