Keeping it real, Explorer is unreliable. It is afterall, a creation of Microsoft and we all know how Microsoft software is. You could try and fixing Explorer by going into your control panel, selecting add/remove software, select Explorer from the program list then click repair and let Windows do the rest or what I would suggest (and what I did and use) is download a better browser. I prefer Google Chrome. It is easy to use and very user friendly. Plus, it is reliable!
