      Sorry but your own language was too simple for me. So simple there's just no information for me to go on.


      Are you saying the e-mail has a download included? If so, just save it to your documents.

        Do you know the sender?  Does the sender say what is the subject?.  It probably is a bug or a computer wrecker. DUMP IT off the comp.
