The head of cabbage will be laying there and as for a good time, if you want it, pick it. It's good no matter what. You would want the head to grow so give it time to get a little size on it otherwise you may end up with enough cole slaw for just you or if you fry it up, you'll not have anything left. It cooks down ya know
