To email a picture taken on the Apple application Photo Booth:
click the thumbnail of the photo you want to email and then click the email button that appears below the photo. The default mail client will open up with the photo already saved as an attachment in a new email for you to send.
If you're not using an email client and instead are using Yahoo or Gmail, etc; Your Photo Booth pictures are automatically saved in a Photo Booth folder inside the default Pictures folder in your Mac. Open your email, start a new letter and click the 'attach file' link. Go to that Photo Booth folder to select a picture. Attach it to your email and click 'send'.
