    It is 2 am, I have had my Special K... Now I would like to know what your bedtime ritual is.

    Mine is a little Special K with my AKAQA, bush teeth, moisturize and find the coldest part of the pillow to sleep on.

      6 am, let dogs out, brush teeth, gargle to try and combat morning breathe but never works, lol..put on sleep clothes, let dogs back in and climb into bed and wait 3 minutes for dogs (well, mostly Digger) to quit roaming all over the bed trying to find the perfect spot to lay down. Then ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz

        Have shower, wash and moisturise face, stagger off to bed, asleep as soon as head hits pillow.

            I love to watch Criminal Minds but it also puts me to sleep almost immediately.
