    Hi eggplant! there you are. I am giving you a thumb up on this question because i accidentally gave you a thumb down on another question.

    Take a shower, cold one, if possible.

    Get up, move around breathe deeply, get your blood circulating and your hear pumping. Drink coffee or something with caffeine in it. Energize your mind by talking or listening to something you are interested in.

    Get up and have a cupof coffee.

    If you're getting the right amount of sleep 6-8 hours, you should ask a doctor that question. I found out I had add that way!
