why have you changed the format of hotmail???? i often don't know who receives copies of what and sometimes receive emails as part of other or that don't appear in bold on my "incoming" list. i am in a position in our Town wherein i have to send confidential emails; i've been told that people i never intended to include in my communications have received copies. i absolutely hate this new format and wish you would go back to what you originally offered.
