    why would wax separate on vct tile

    we are using a neutral cleaner rinsing out with clear cold water, I have been doing this for 24 yrs. and have never seen this until recently

      Sounds as though it could be something to do with the manufacture of the vinyl. I would contact the company that makes the tile to check.  The only other thing you could do is contact the cleaner company to see if they have changed any ingredients in the solution.
