There are lots of things a workforce can produce. What skills, tools, resources and locations are there. Then I look to local needs and cultural stability. Then adverse factors such as plague, war, environmental hazards and assets. All products have to be considered in terms of how such a product will affectively harm or help others. It's not just a product away from all is well and peace on earth. Crime and cultural morality can influence what products can or should be produced by your workforce. Products that uplift and stabilize a culture is what is needed to sustain a culture. Historical performance and cultural reticence to change helps to maintain balance amid gradual change. These considerations, in place and effective allows a culture to move forward and successfully advance harmoniously.
