Three stars are larger than our sun. They are:  Alpha Centauri A is 4.4 lights years away, just slightly larger than our sun, Procyon A is 11.4 light years away, Sirius A is 8.6 light years away.

How many galaxies are there it is not known exactly but astronomers have discovered a large number of galaxies in the universe? With the help of Hubble Telescope there are around 10000 visible galaxies.
