    It depends on the measure device. While all use 100 as the mean, some have a standard deviation of 15 and some 30. So a score of 115 on one would be equivalent to 130 on another. (One standard deviation) while 130 on the first would be 160 on the other. (two SDs). Percentiles therefore are better considered than scores.


    The answer then is that his/her IQ would be better than 90% of the population.
