Some so called christian ratbag has just murdered 76 innocent people in Norway.WHY? religion!!
If everyone believes that everything was created by one supreme being, why can't religions get together, one religion for everybody. maybe make a few compromises.
I call myself an aetheist, but it's not that I don't believe in god so much,It's just that I don't believe in religion! Your thoughts??

It's interesting how Christians eagerly distance themselves from the Norwegian lunatic claiming that 'Christians don't do that sort of thing". They are correct, the overwhelming majority don't.
Yet, they are the first to point the finger at Muslims for being terrorist fanatics, even though they too are overwhelmingly peaceful.
It's ALL about each faith claiming superiority over all others. Each faith talks about tolerance of other faiths but they would sleep quite comfortably if all competing ones were eliminated. So would I, except I would want it to go just one denomination further.
Let me beat you to the usual retort. No, I am not isolating Christianity in my atheistic religious attack. I lump ALL faiths in one common bowl.

It doesn't matter whether you are a muslim, jew, catholic,JW,or any other religion you can come up with..A zealot is a zealot & a fanatic is a fanatic. What god would sanctify such a deed as random murder of kids.

On one version of his Facebook profile, Breivik is described as a Christian.[15][99][100] He has also stated that he chose to be baptised into the Protestant Church of Norway at the age of 15 although he later became disenchanted with Norway's State Church, supporting “an indirect collective conversion of the Protestant church back to the Catholic” in an online post in 2009.[17] Breivik hasn't been to church since he was a teenager,[101] and describes himself as a cultural Christian.[102] [103][104]
Breivik condemns Pope Benedict XVI, for his dialogue with Islam: “Pope Benedict has abandoned Christianity and all Christian Europeans and is to be considered a cowardly, incompetent, corrupt and illegitimate Pope.” It will thus be necessary, writes Breivik, to overthrow the Protestant and Catholic hierarchies, after which a “Great Christian Congress” would set up a new European Church.[105]
Thanks Grit. Apparently he was working on becoming the new Hitler but a bit more extreme than even Hitler was.
