There is an easement in back of my property and beyond that are 2 water holding tanks. Occasionally they are drained and the water drains into the easement and stays for several days. I have seen several large snakes when the water is high. I believe this is an environmental issue. Also the weeds are tall. The owner will cut about a 4ft area but does not cut the whole easement. I am concerned about the snakes and mosquitoes. Can you help me?
