      William was Dutch & Mary English but Mary wasn't a reigning monarch. She was the daughter of the Duke of York.

        Off the top of my head... so check... Mary Tudor (Bloody Mary) married King Philip of Spain.

          I thought so, but Mary 2nd married William 3rd they became joint Queen and King so was unsure....thankyou
