Unhappy with a purchase from pch. What can I do?
I purchased a denim bag from pch. When I received it, I paid the invoice, loaded the bag and carried it to work the next day. I noticed that there is a spot that the seam did not get caught in the sewing of the top of the bag. It is fringing and I don't want to keep it for the $30 I paid for it. I can't find a contact number or address on the bottom of the invoice. What can I do?
