My stepdaughter and her mother both have it. She constantly cleans everything two and sometimes three times over. When her kids were little she had them changing their clothes four or five times a day. She's been to counseling for years and on meds to help with managing it. Lately, the doctor took her off all meds to see if she could manage on her own, so far she's not doing too badly but some of the old habits are still there.
