Have you had a supervisor that was really good or bad.
I had a supervisor that i destroyed his quality of life because he gained his job over me by deceit. . Revenge is a dish best served cold. Then i have now a supervisor now that should run for president. Everyonce and a while there exists a person that make your quality of life highly positive. A person that knows how to supervise workers to make an enjoyable workplace. I forgot to say, my current boss is a woman.
I work in welfare and am often asked for input,I suggested the supervisor work on individual strengths not critisize weaknesses,the feedback was welcomed and now we allocate duties to staff that not ony enjoy certain tasks but also are good at them.A win for all of us
