Not enough info . If your screen dims then your web browser is crashing and no key board commands will work .which email are you useing ?? If you use keep me signed in then the screen will appear and for some reason the computer is confused and dont think you are signed in then nothing will respond or open .Try signing out and back in again . Most often the solution is back to the begining and start again . Good luck !!!!!
