        Yes you ignore them.   sometimes the one we have at work, she will be going on and on about something (ms know it all) and I will finally look up give her that blank stare after she has went on and on and I just look at her and say oh were you talking to me could you repeat that I did not get it usually she huffs up and stomps off which is fine with me.
