    What can you substitute for paprika?

    dry parsley  or tumeric.. maybe

    Colleen, absolutely right about the paprika tastes more like ground brick to me. Chile powder would add some kick, suitable for some dishes. But then what do I know I don't even cook.

    Paprika has little to no taste. Chili powder would add flavor and spice. Very contradictory to paprika.
