No never no one should I think when you are younger you do with out thinking but I think when you reach mid thirty something it seems to kick in and every thing falls in place

Yes. I've been beating the hell out of this body for a very long time. I do things every week that have a high risk of being killed. Being good (not smoking or drinking) and staying out of harms way is boring.
