it's effectiveness does not increase, but it does build up in your blood stream, if you take too much of it too many times a day and for too many weeks or months. It's hard on your kidenys and liver-----especailly your liver, b/c your liver has to break it down and tries to matbolize it.
I've known people whose son or daughther died from taking too much Tylenol. It's safe drug, if you don't abuse it.

A retired nurse who took a pharmacuetical course and refresher courses
