    5. I am running Windows 7 and usings a Windows Lifecam VX-6000. It worked fine until the operating systemwas upgraded and now my microphone volume is very low and there is a loud hum, which is louder than my voice. Looking for help.

      Back you computer up to a previous date prior to the incident. my computer to back-up or restore and follow it to previous date this will knock out update and restore your computer to normal before you installed the update. tony
