Your question needs rephrasing so that we may understand it better. If you think your sister-in-law was responsible then you should have taken action at that time. I suppose you could always speak to a lawyer.

You got me in a real muddle with your terminology.
"I have awoken at my sis-in-laws to find your wife passed away in 2003" Surely you would have been able to tell if your wife was dead, I mean come on.

Do you have any recourse? What do you want to sue your wife a) for not telling you she was dead or b) do you want to sue your sister in law for not telling you your wife had died.

It appears quite obvious you were seperated from your wife for the last 8 years so why get your nickers in a knot now.

Or are you just following the good old sue at every opportunity that has been made popular by YOU KNOW WHO for years now.

I mean if a burglar gets accidentaly locked in a house he is robbing and sues for deprivation of liberty and wins anything is possible.
