The Winklevoss twins were awarded/settled for $65 million award.  This award was made against facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg while at Harvard alleging that the idea of facebook was originally conceived by the twins.  Subsequently a movie was made.  According to Larry Summers (Secretary of the Treasury under President clinton) who was the then president of Harvard:

"One of the things you learn as a college president is that if an undergraduate is wearing a tie and jacket on Thursday afternoon at three o'clock, there are two possibilities. One is that they're looking for a job and have an interview; the other is that they are an a**hole. This was the latter case."

After the settlement, the twins tried to get the court to allow them to sue Zuckerberg again for more, alleging that zuckerberg misrepresented on the stock value of facebook.  Mr. Summers probably thought the twins were whiners.
