what kind of papers do I need to sue an insurance company for fruad?

I two insurance policies.  The first one I know of and it was canceled without my permission and it wasn't  canceled because of non-payment.  They gave me a second policy that I knew nothing about.  The second policy I've never signed any papers for that policies.  Changes were made on the policies without my permission.  The application for the  second policy I never sign for and the place of resident  is also wrong.  I would like to sue them.  They did deny a claim that I put in.  Since they didn't  what to pay me I thought I can sue them for fraud for the second policy.

You really need Legal advice,, as Companys are very cunning.

I dont know what Country you are from but in the UK with have a place called unsboardman or trading standards and they will give you free advise as this is not legal as far as the Iinsurance company as it goes you might even be able to sue I just hope you have kept every peice of paper and have record of who you spoke to and when you spoke  this is very important good luck
