      take off window handl, door handle, arm rest off and any other obstrutions on the outside of the door panel. A thin ridged tool http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-6010001    or something similar like a thin screw driver if your careful. Find the plastic holders with the tool and put the tool against the door side and pry it away from the door, then the next, dont bend the cardboard the panel is made of, work around the whole door. When you put it back on lineup the holders one by one and gently hit the door panel at that point and pop each one back in their holes.
