      Please don't be fooled into thinking the security banners that pop up when you start up the computer are for real. Many times they are there to fool people into downloading malware or viruses. To get rid of them you may need to do a system restore and restore the computer for yesterdays date (before the banner appeared), it may do it two days in a row but be persistent and restore back to yesterdays date again and it should be gone for good.
