Could have fooled me. I was stopped around Champagne, Illinois for speeding through a highway construction site. The ugly state trooper certainly showed me who's boss. My offense was triple the fine since it was by a construction site and mandatory court appearance. To rub salt in my wound, I had to watch my son immitate the state trooper, with authority, all summer long.

Taking a snap shot of the car that is stopped?

    "Nope!"

    I give up, what?

"They touch the back lights of the vehicle with their hand to leave their finger-prints & (DNA) to prove that they had pulled over the vehicle."
