    i was charged overtime whaen the bus was late picking up party.

      Hope you have proof that he was late, as in you weren't the only one waiting for the late bus driver. If you have proof and there is someone to substantiate your claim you should complain to the bus company first, then complain to the BBB. You could also talk to a lawyer to see if there was anything else you could do to rectify the situation.
