    What would you do ? when a call centre ask you, do you need new windows? At the ages of 67 and 74 .Our flat is ten years old.you tell them "no they say "oh you cant be sure??

    I would say that this company is going to Rip Me Off!  Always ask for references - and make sure you call the references.  Contact the Better Business Bureau.  Heck, even check the yellow pages to see if they have a listing - if not - I wouldn't take their call again.  These people thrive on stealing money from Elderly Persons.  Please don't let them suck you in. 


    If it's a concern to you, call a local Window Person and have them come look at them and give you an estimate.  It's best to always call them not the other way around.

    I'm a firm believer of saying "no thanks we're all set" and hanging up the phone. I hate telemarketers. There is nothing I would buy from anyone - over the phone.

    Say I'm sure, I don't want new windows and hang up.
