You should check with Lowes they should have told you how to get it. When I look up First Energy on the web the only rebate I found was because a product was "energy star" compliant. So if that is the rebate your looking for just go to http://www.energystar.gov/ then look for the product you purchased. Lowes should have told explained this and given you the site to go to.
