Why am I being blocked from obtaining the real detail of my account They stated if not paid my service will be disconnected.How can this preveneted when I'm being blocked from help?
DIRECTV wishes for me to appyy or submitt for the rebate and also to pay bill before disconnect of services sometime today. I'm trying, but don't what ese to do. There isn't a modem either.
