      This sounds like a Facebook game question. You're either playing Frontierville or Farmville. If it's a Zynga game, that's who you need to report the issue to. If not a Zynga game, go to Facebooks help section. I can tell you though, all Zynga games play like that. All use flash and some computers do not have enough memory for flash to work well.
